Kimley-Horn is looking for a Senior Construction Inspector in our St. Paul MN office. Responsibilities:- The selected candidate will oversee construction of transportation and municipal projects- Conduct daily observation of construction work for compliance with approved contract drawings, specifications, RFI's, change orders, etc. - Issue observation reports noting construction progress with proper references to detailed drawings and specifications- Maintain and organize on-site project documentation, including daily inspection and test reports, RFI's, ASI's, project change order documents, etc. - Review and confirm/modify approve monthly contractor payment applications- Coordinate and monitor all testing - Attend pre-construction and regular onsite construction meetings- Monitor project close-out procedures and issue punch lists as necessaryRequirements:- Current MN/DOT Construction Technician Certifications- Minimum of 5 years construction observer experience in transportation and municipal projects- Valid driver's license required- Microsoft Office experience- 2-year technical degree- AutoCAD and/or MicroStation experience preferredApplicants must be legally authorized to work for Kimley-Horn in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.  We do not typically sponsor H1-B or any other work visa petitions.
