Kimley-Horn's Everett, Washington (WA) office is seeking a Civil Engineer with 6+ years of experience to join their Transportation Planning and Traffic team! This is not a remote position. The ideal candidate will bring 6+ years of progressive experience in traffic engineering, be well-versed in preparing Traffic Impact Analyses (TIAs), and demonstrate hands-on design experience with Civil 3D. Proficiency with traffic modeling tools like VISSIM and Synchro is a strong plus.We are seeking a skilled and licensed Traffic Engineer with strong experience in the Washington market.
