The qualified candidate will have experience completing environmental documentation in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and Minnesota Environmental Policy Act (MEPA). Primary responsibilities will include conducting appropriate technical analysis and preparing environmental documents under the direction of senior staff for roadway, transit, and private development projects. Preferred but not required experience could also include supporting and leading public and agency engagement efforts such as facilitating in-person and/or virtual meetings, and creating and editing presentations, fact sheets, online content, and other similar communication and engagement materials.
