Overview

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to work for a company that has been selected 17 times as one of Fortune’s 100 Top Companies to Work For?

Ask yourself these questions:

  • What would it be like to take the success you’ve built throughout your career and apply it toward the operation of your own consulting practice – and have the support of a nationally respected firm standing behind you?
  • What if you worked for an organization where you contributed 4% of your earnings into a retirement account – and received an additional 18% back?  Did we mention that would be 18% of both your base salary AND bonus combined?
  • Speaking of bonuses, what if you worked for a firm that is truly performance-based with bonuses based on your contributions and results?
  • On top of all that, what if you worked for an organization where you had an attainable path to real ownership?

At Kimley-Horn, those hypothetical questions have real answers.

You may already work for a good company.  You may even be happy and successful in your current role.  But if you’ve ever considered tapping into your entrepreneurial spirit and taking your practice to a new level, we invite you to consider this opportunity and reach out to us for a conversation; even if it’s just to explore the idea and learn more for yourself about what your life could look like working on behalf of Kimley-Horn.
