  • Work with project managers, technical staff, teaming partners, and subconsultants to develop and integrate pursuit materials.
  • Support interview preparation, presentations, and other marketing initiatives as needed.
  • Conduct marketing database queries as well as input data and maintain accuracy of data on an ongoing basis in firm databases and content libraries.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of AEC marketing or proposal experience, preferably supporting transportation or public-sector pursuits.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting PennDOT proposals, qualifications, letters of interest, or similar submissions.
  • Strong writing, editing, organization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret solicitation requirements and manage multiple deadlines and contributors.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, English, journalism, business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Willingness to work in the office and travel occasionally to support pursuits, interviews, or team needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting pursuit strategy, positioning, messaging, teaming, and pre-positioning for strategic project and program opportunities.
  • Proposal experience with other Pennsylvania public agencies or authorities, such as the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, SEPTA, City of Philadelphia, counties, municipalities, transit agencies, or similar clients.
