Kimley-Horn is looking for a software sales representative to join our firmwide technology solutions team! You will have the opportunity to drive growth with new and existing customers in a fast-paced, start-up like environment. This is a highly cross-functional role with great opportunity to expand Kimley-Horn’s software business in its next stages of growth. 

 

This is an in-office position. This position is available to be located in the Kimley-Horn office in St. Louis Park, MN or St. Paul, MN.

 

Salary Range: $80,000 - 100,000

Responsibilities

  • Support or lead product demonstrations internally and externally via presentations, webinars, in-person meetings, tradeshows, and conferences 
  • Communicate the value of Kimley-Horn technology solutions
  • Cultivate and grow working relationships with internal partners across the firm
  • Drive software sales and revenue with internal and external customers
  • Identify new customers and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams/partners to align sales strategies and objectives 
  • Inform marketing collateral and pricing models based on market knowledge  
  • Willingness and ability to travel (approximately once per month)
  • Perform other duties as needed or assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Sales, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, English, A/E/C industry or a related field
  • 4-10 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, event settings
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, outgoing personality
  • Passion, drive, and self-motivation
  • Team player with a positive attitude/client service mentality
  • Experienced CRM user, preferably Dynamics 365 is a plus
  • Effective communicator with emotional intelligence
  • Experience in the A/E/C and/or public engagement is a plus
