Overview

Kimley-Horn is seeking an entry level Survey Technician/Analyst to join our growing Bellevue, Washington, (WA) office. This role will support the survey teams on a wide range of surveying and mapping tasks.

  • Collaboration with engineers and PMs to see how your work shapes full projects.

Responsibilities

  • Produce detailed subdivision maps, ALTA surveys, topographic surveys, and other survey-related exhibits using AutoCAD Civil 3D.

  • Research and analyze boundary and easement documents, including title records.

  • Interpret and utilize field crew data (points), field sketches, photographs, and reference maps to prepare survey deliverables.

  • Prepare legal descriptions and exhibits for rights-of-way, easements, and acquisition parcels.

  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support project goals.

Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil3D
  • Strong communication and technical skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time

Salary Range:

  • $89,000 - $93,000
  • Eligible for Performance Based Bonus Compensation
