Overview

Kimley-Horn is looking for a Campaign Manager to join our Raleigh, North Carolina (NC) office! This is not a remote position. 

Responsibilities

  • Strategy and planning: Partner with stakeholders to develop integrated marketing communication strategies and campaigns to meet business objectives.
  • Campaign Execution: Oversee all aspects of campaign execution across multiple channels, including social media, digital advertising, content marketing, public relations, in-person events, and strategic partnerships.
  • Content Management: Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling campaign assets, including social media posts, blog posts, white papers, landing pages, and other promotional materials.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams such as, technology solutions, recruiting, and marketing leadership to ensure seamless execution, consistent messaging, and strategic allignment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Communications, English, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing or communications with a focus on campaign management.
  • Proven trak record of developing and executing succesful, integrated marketing campaigns. 
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
