Financial Analyst

Kimley-Horn is looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Orlando, Florida (FL) office! This is not a remote position. 

• Support the annual business planning processes through preparation of data and analyses 
• Prepare monthly financial and metric performance reports and respond to related inquiries
• Perform data requests and analyses across topic areas as requested by those throughout the firm
• Serve as an internal consultant to various groups to provide analysis, insights, and understanding of their data to inform decision making
• Become an expert on Kimley-Horn data and metrics to answer questions and advise others how to interpret our data
• Assist with special projects among various teams nationwide

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field
• VBA, Power Query, and SQL skills preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent quantitative skills combined with an ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations
• High degree of professionalism and the ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization from new hires to senior executives
• Exceptional client service mentality and strong work ethic
• Outstanding communication skills
• Must be an excellent team player as well as work independently
