Overview

Kimley-Horn is looking for a CAD Operator to join our Survey team in Greenwood Village, Colorado, (CO)! This is not a remote position.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare topographic design surveys and legal descriptions.  
  • Adhere to Kimley-Horn’s practices, procedures, and standards assist in maintaining drawing databases. 
  • Process and review survey field data for accuracy and completeness.  

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associates degree preferred) 
  • 2+ years of relevant survey experience 
  • Proficiency in Autodesk products preferred 
  • Detail oriented, professional attitude, good communication, team player, self-starter 
  • Strong work ethic, interpersonal communication/writing skills and desire to learn 
  • Ability to work independently and with a team 
  • Desire to advance survey career - LSI or CST.  

Salary Range  

$50,000 – $70,000  

    • Eligible for Performance Based Bonus Compensation
