Kimley-Horn, ranked as one of FORTUNE magazine's 100 Best Companies to Work For, is looking for an Entry-Level Instructional Designer to join the Corporate Training Team in Raleigh, NC.
Note: This position will eventually relocate to our Cary, NC Office in early 2026.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing learning materials for in-person, virtual, and blended learning environments and managing internal training websites. The ideal candidate will have a mix of communication, writing skills, and visual design. The ideal candidate will have a balanced mix of communication, writing, and visual design skill sets.
Applicants are encouraged to submit any writing and graphic samples with their application. While they can be on any topic, all work samples should be of a professional nature.
