Overview

Kimley-Horn is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Production Recruiter to join our team in Orange, CA. As a Production Recruiter, you will play a critical role in attracting and hiring top-tier talent to support our diverse projects and continued growth. You will work closely with hiring managers and departmental leads to understand staffing needs and identify candidates who align with our core values and mission. This is not a remote position. 

Responsibilities

  1. Talent Acquisition:
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various production roles.
    • Source candidates through various channels including online job boards, social media, industry events, and networking.
    • Conduct thorough screening, interviewing, and assessment processes to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
  2. Collaboration:
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop a hiring plan.
    • Provide regular updates and insights to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate pipeline.
  3. Candidate Experience:
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Communicate effectively with candidates, guiding them through each step of the hiring process.
  4. Employer Branding:
    • Promote Kimley-Horn as an employer of choice through various initiatives and engagements.
    • Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and university recruitment activities.
  5. Compliance and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the engineering, consulting, or construction industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of roles and experience levels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Commitment to Kimley-Horn’s core values and dedication to providing exceptional client service.

Salary Range
$70,000 - $85,000
