Kimley-Horn is looking for a Senior Market Growth Strategist (Energy) to join our team in Atlanta, GA, focusing on our Energy department! This is not a remote position.
A successful Senior Market Growth Strategist will leverage both internal teams and external partners to foster lasting client relationships and position Kimley-Horn for repeat business within this robust market. The ideal candidate will be a catalyst for the growth of Kimley-Horn's local practices and have a deep understanding of the Atlanta Energy market. They will work closely with practice partners to drive business growth strategies that will grow the business and firm’s market share.
15+years of A/E/C industry-related experience
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, English, or a similar field
Flexibility to work outside normal working hours
Willingness to occasionally travel (as required) for business needs
Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
Confident communicator
Detail-oriented and proactive
Team player with a positive attitude/client service mentality
Strong ability to gather, interpret, and convey technical information
