The Business Analyst is responsible for leading cross-functional project teams to develop and execute innovative solutions across multiple platforms including third party systems and custom developed applications. This role is highly collaborative, partnering with various functional roles, technical, and practice professionals to understand the business processes and needs and then translating them into creative solutions with developers.  Applicants should be professional, self-motivated problem solver, and have a passion for providing high-quality support.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage, develop relationships, and partner with team members from all functions to assist in designing and delivering technology solutions to meet the business needs
  • Communicate and collaborate closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project owners to plan and develop scope, requirements, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
  • Proactively engage and partner with team members to identify, develop, and drive key transformational initiatives and programs
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to develop and execute projects that drive business impact
  • Planning and the implementation of short- and long-term strategies, and projects
  • Identifying process improvement opportunities driving the continuous improvement of our business systems to support initiatives.
  • Assist with the evaluation of new technologies as well as keeping current on the latest releases for existing technology
  • Develop cases and cost/benefit analysis for management evaluation
  • Perform application testing of upgrades, configurations, and customizations.
  • Generate and maintain administrative documentation including training and reference materials

Qualifications

  • 4-year degree and at least 4 years of applicable experience in managing projects
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements
  • Strong relationship skills including effective communication in written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical ideas to a diverse audience
  • Excellent customer service skills including initial contact through problem resolution.
  • Be a confident self-starter who pays close attention to detail while working in an engaging, fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated to carry out tasks independently
  • Ability to work in teams, manage projects and multitask.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to display a positive professional attitude.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to lead multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
