Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Project Manager to join our Firmwide Training Team in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. This role involves overseeing projects from inception to completion, managing client relationships, coordinating training needs, and driving process improvements.

 

Kimley-Horn, one of Fortune Magazine’s “100 Best Companies to Work For,” is looking for a driven and organized professional project coordinator to work with internal clients to manage training and virtual projects in our Raleigh, NC office. This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate employee-focused training needs requests while ensuring timely communication and delivery.
  • Monitor progress, set deadlines, and resolve obstacles.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal clients; review and respond to requests promptly.
  • Coordinate production calendars, schedule meetings, and monitor schedules with project partners, and clients.
  • Learn to understand and communicate Kimley-Horn various training programs to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth communication and cooperation to roll out requests and timelines accordingly.
  • Work with other teams as needed (e.g., IT, Communications) for project execution, driving process improvements and efficiency.
  • Actively engage with multiple stakeholders at varying levels of leadership, foster a positive, collaborative working environment, and evaluate project performance.

Qualifications

  • Provide team support with content and learning management system course review.
  • Manage learning management system troubleshooting questions and additional support as needed.
  • Develop and maintain consistent communication templates and update project management tools as needed.
