Overview

Kimley-Horn is seeking a Survey Project Representative to join the Frisco, Texas (TX) office! This is not a remote position.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating with sub-consultants to preform construction staking as needed by clients and contractors
  • Managing contracts and invoices with sub-consultants
  • Overseeing schedules with sub-consultants
  • Coordinating with internal project managers on land development single-family projects
  • Collaborating with local internal survey teams
  • Review field notes and sketches
  • Use AutoCAD Civil 3D for identifying survey staking locations

Qualifications

  • High-school diploma required
  • Associates or Bachelors in a surveying curriculum preferred
  • Experience working on land development single-family projects
  • Experience working directly with survey crews preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficent in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite
