As a Leave and ADA Accommodation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing employees' leave of absence, disability, and ADA accommodation requests. You will provide consultative services to employees preparing for leave and partner with HR teams to support employees requesting leaves and accommodations. Your role will involve acting as the primary contact for HR partners on a wide range of leave and accommodation topics, ensuring employees are supported throughout their leave and accommodation journey.
