Overview

Kimley-Horn, one of FORTUNE Magazine's "100 Best Companies to Work For", is looking for a dynamic and energetic Human Resources Employee Experience Coordinator. This is an in-person role based in our Raleigh, North Carolina office. It will provide support to multiple offices in our firm in collaboration with other HR partners. Additionally, this role will work with the nationwide HR team.

Responsibilities

  • Collect data from various sources, such as employee surveys, career development conversations, or exit conversations
  • Partner to create, update, and manage guidance for various employee office roles, such as our “Integration Champions” or “VPs of Fun”
  • Support programming related to our technical employees including stay conversations, supervisor training, and sentiment data analysis
  • Partner with program leaders to develop candidate pipelines from two-year colleges
  • Manage maintenance tasks related to new hire integration systems and identify ways to improve the integration process
  • Act as a strong liaison with our internal BI team to organize and analyze employee sentiment data

Qualifications

  • Ability to maintain confidential information and demonstrate a high level of discretion and judgment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, prioritize, and maintain composure in a high-paced office environment
  • Excellent organization and follow-through; demonstrate ownership, a sense of urgency
  • Strong analytical skills, and ability to organize, analyze, and digest quantitative and qualitative data
  • Self-starter, willing to take initiative with task completion, proactive
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate with a broad range of employees, allowing for flexible and appropriate communication with various levels of the organization.
  • Flexible, including the ability to execute tactically and collaborate across many teams, levels, and situations
  • Knowledge of or ability to learn HRIS systems (UKG Pro) and HR data a plus

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to travel within the firm to support business needs; overnight travel required occasionally
