Overview

Kimley-Horn is looking for a driven and organized Data Entry Administrative professional, to support our Training team in our Peachtree Corners, GA office. This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities

The Data Entry Administrator plays a vital role within an organization by ensuring that accurate and timely information is entered into company databases and systems. This position is essential for maintaining data integrity, which directly supports the company's operational efficiency and decision-making processes. By effectively managing data entry tasks, the Data Entry Administrative contributes to the overall business goals and helps streamline daily operations.

 

Key responsibilities of the role include managing data entry operations, verifying information for accuracy, and facilitating communication between departments. They often oversee specific areas such as sales and customer service, ensuring that all relevant data is captured and organized. Additional responsibilities include:

 

• Excel data management (organizing, maintaining and tracking large volumes of training participants and course completions).
• Compiling online surveys, scheduling Outlook/Teams meetings, updating records, and monitoring email account for information to input on company intranet.
• Learning and utilizing our Learning Management System to support and successfully complete training processes.
• Conduct and engage in internal client interface by communicating via phone, virtual/video calls, emails and Teams messaging.
• Other duties include, but are not limited to, contributing to improving processes, materials fulfillment, and record keeping

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year related administrative experience
• Excellent Data Entry and organization skills
• Intermediate User of MS Office programs- particularly Excel
• Exemplifies great attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task priorities, and respond quickly and efficiently to requests
• Efficiently learn new tasks and/or software programs quickly
• Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrates positive and client-oriented demeanor
• Ability to effectively partner with team members and other administrative staff

 

Office hours are 7:30am - 5:30pm Monday - Thursday and 7:30am - 11:30am Friday.
