Construction Observer

Kimley-Horn is looking for a Construction Observer to join our Fort Myers, Florida (FL) office! This is not a remote position. 

• Provide construction related services for civil engineering projects during design, bidding and construction phases.
• Construction phase responsibilities include construction scheduling and contractor schedule review, progress meetings, submittal review, construction inspection and observation, time impact analysis, project closeout, and project documentation.

• 3+ year of construction related experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Construction Management knowledge
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to apply technical skills to meet project demands and solve problems for our clients
• Positive attitude and an impressive work ethic
• Clear sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet deadlines
• Attention to details and ability to contribute to a positive work environment
• Passion and demonstrated drive to achieve goals
