Overview

Kimley-Horn is looking for an entry level Software Sales Representative join our Firmwide Technology Solutions team! You will have the opportunity to drive growth with new and existing customers in a fast-paced, start-up like environment. This is a highly cross-functional role with great opportunity to expand Kimley-Horn’s software business in its next stages of growth.

 

This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities

  • Support or lead product demonstrations internally and externally via presentations, webinars, in-person meetings, tradeshows, and conferences
  • Communicate the value of Kimley-Horn technology solutions
  • Cultivate and grow working relationships with internal partners across the firm
  • Drive software sales and revenue with internal and external customers
  • Identify new customers and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams/partners to align sales plans and objectives
  • Inform marketing collateral and pricing models based on market knowledge
  • Willingness and ability to travel (approximately once per month)
  • Perform other duties as needed or assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, English, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or event settings
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, outgoing personality
  • Passion, drive, and self-motivation
  • Team player with a positive attitude/client service mentality
