Kimley-Horn, one of Fortune Magazine’s “100 Best Companies to Work For,” is looking for an HR Compliance Specialist to join the corporate Human Resources team in our Warrenville, IL office.
The HR Compliance Specialist will be involved in a variety of HR initiatives and projects, including Affirmative Action plans (AAP) and other federal reporting requirements, OFCCP audits, and workplace policy and procedure implementation in accordance with federal, state, and local requirements.
This is an in-office position.

Salary Range:
$70,000-$85,000
