Overview

Kimley-Horn is looking for a Grants Administration Analyst to join our Fort Myers, Florida (FL) office! This is not a remote position. 

Responsibilities

  • Researching and being fluent in the requirements of a wide variety of grants and third-party funding opportunities
  • Directly communicating with grants project manager

  • Coordinating with internal partners at Kimley-Horn regarding technical aspects of the grant application requirements

  • Completing grant specific reports

  • Managing grant submittals as requested by grants project manager

  • Other similar duties may be assigned 

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Planning, Finance, English, Public Administration, Business, Communications, Marketing, or related
    • Courses in grant writing, administration, and management is a plus
  • 1+ years of experience
  • Business development and marketing experience including writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgeting for projected work.
  • Ability to effectively communicate positively at all levels of the organization.
