Electrical Engineering Analyst

Kimley-Horn is looking for Electrical Engineering graduates to join the Power Delivery Team in our Orlando, Florida (FL) office! This is not a remote position. 

• Design of electrical systems including the substation and transmission of utility scale solar, wind, and battery storage.
• Participate on project teams in an active production role
• Participate in project meetings internally and externally with clients
• Preparation of project specifications
• Preparation of electrical construction cost estimates
• Daily interaction and collaboration on cross-functional teams across multiple disciplines
• Coordination and verification of as-built drawings
• Perform quality work that promotes client retention
• Responsible for the development of reports and design documents, including electrical design plans, equipment selection, solar system sizing, and power analyses.

• An ABET accredited Electrical Engineering degree (Bachelors or Masters) by Summer 2025.
