Kimley-Horn's Orlando, FL office is seeking a Civil Engineer-in-Training (EIT) with 2+ years of experience to join their Surface Water team. This is not a remote position.
Roadway drainage design responsibilities includes existing drainage analysis, permit research, obtaining permits for design, spread analysis, ditch calculations, and ICPR 3 & 4. Technical writing desired for Pond Siting Reports, Base Clearance, Hydroplaning and Drainage Reports. Knowledge in modeling HEC-RAS, GIS, and HY-8.
