Our Apple Valley, Minnesota (MN) office has an exciting opportunity for a Civil Engineer to join our Roadway team.

Responsibilities

We're seeking a motivated civil engineer to join our Roadway team to help us produce Roadway projects. This is an excellent opportunity to grow into a client server with an industry leader, working on exciting projects in the Twin Cities area. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and an interest in marketing/serving clients, as well as a desire to eventually lead their own practice and manage a team.

Qualifications

  • BS degree in Civil Engineering
  • 3+ years of relevant municipal or DOT engineering design experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Strong sense of self-initiative to meet client deadlines
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
