Responsibilities

Project Management: Lead and manage multiple transit projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to establish project goals, deliverables, and milestones. Manage, develop, and train more junior staff. Proactively manage project risks and issues, and develop strategies to mitigate them. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and design transit infrastructure projects, including transit corridors, stations, and associated facilities. This role will require a high degree of multi-disciplinary coordination. Strong communication and organizational skills are critical.

Qualifications

  • BS or MS degree in the field of Engineering
  • PE license in state of OH
  • 6+ years of transit-focused engineering experience
  • High level of proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D 
  • Experience communicating and working with clients
  • Experience training and developing others a plus
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-orientation
  • Ability to balance priorities among multiple projects
