You will be provided an environment to flourish. We offer many great benefits, including generous health benefits, industry-leading 401k match, profit sharing, and a robust bonus program based on your impact. We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager with experience managing Water and Wastewater projects to join our team in St. Paul, Minnesota.
We are in search of a dynamic individual with strong client interaction skills who can manage and lead teams for multi-discipline projects and work programs in water/wastewater treatment projects, water and wastewater pumping systems, and large-diameter conveyance (water distribution and wastewater collection) in Oregon. As a Practice Builder, you will run your business within our business with all the resources and horsepower of a 7,000+ person, privately held, one-profit center growth-focused firm behind you.
The Senior Project Manager (or Practice Builder) will have an entrepreneurial spirit and create a vision for growth for the local water resource practice and beyond. Markets are not limited by geography but are driven by relationships. The successful candidate will be given significant autonomy to lead, direct, and grow their business. Accounting, administrative, marketing, recruiting, IT, and production support will be provided. With success, this individual will enjoy the rewards of a performance-based work environment and can advance to ownership.
At Kimley-Horn, we are excited to offer an opportunity that promises growth, challenge, and the chance to make a lasting impact on the community. If you are ready to take the next step in your career and contribute to the flourishing of our Water/Wastewater group, we would love to hear from you.
